Guideline to healthy skin
It is very necessary for people to know about the body and their skin type before using any product accordingly. You can get all sorts of lotion – it doesn’t describe the product, only the texture. So sunscreen lotion, moisturizing lotion, acne lotion, tanning lotion, all are options doing different things. The difference between moisturizer and lotion is the thickness/density. A lotion is the lightest with lesser oil content and usually water based while moisturizers are thick and is greasier. Moisturizers hydrate and nourish your skin. It shields it from environmental damage while its extensive use can turn skin oily.
The natural reason for is due to extra functioning of sebaceous glands that generate an essence called sebum that is a naturally required skin lubricant. Whenever skin generates excess of sebum, it makes skin floppy and thick in complexion. Oily skin appears shinier with blemishes and pimples or Acne as a result. It’s not bad to have oily skin because such skin is less intended to wrinkle, or other signs of aging.
One of the major consequences of oily skin is Acne. It is a name used for disease of the skin that tends to have mounts or eruptions on its surface. It is sometimes used as a synonym for Acne vulgaris. Though, there are different types of acne acne is built up due to blockages in follicles. This is very common in adolescents or teenagers. It can be due to hormonal changes, genetic features, improper diet, or due to bacterial infections.
