How does stimulation help our skin ?
Stimulation helps by encouraging our skin to produce new cells, and by removing dead cells and debris. Exercising your face is one method. There is also beauty products designed specifically to treat certain skin types and these are called face masks or face packs.
A face mask acts as a quick pick up, temporarily tightening the pores and firming the skin. It perks up surface circulation, soothes and relaxes taut facial muscles, and makes the complexion appear brighter and fresher.
A face pack is similar to a mask, but besides making the skin look and feel better, it usually has corrective properties which help clear up blemishes and an oily skin.
In other words, a face mask is a pampering, once in a while treatment for normal and dry skins. A face mask or face pack is a necessity for oily, problem and combination skins.
When do you need a face mask or face pack ?
Always cleanse your skin first because face mask or face pack, they cannot clean your skin. Besides it only works on clean skin.
For A Normal Skin
Apply the face mask once a week or ten days is sufficient to keep your skin toned and clear. Use it before any special occasions, or when your skin looks slightly sallow or dull.
For A Dry Skin
Use the face mask every two weeks and this will help to relax your facial muscles and remove any dead or dry patches of skin.
For Oil Skin
Use the face pack twice a week.
For A Combination Skin
Since you have two types of skin to treat, you will need two separate plans to use on an alternative weeks. Pick a day that is most convenient, and mark it down on your calendar. For example, you pick a Saturday. Then on the first and third Saturdays, apply a mask to the face and throat areas. On the second and fourth Saturdays, apply a mask to the oily areas
