Wrinkle Removal: Five Ways To Prevent Wrinkles
Let’s face it (no pun intended): no one likes getting wrinkles, and more and more people are turning to the best bottom treatments to combat them. So how do wrinkles form, exactly? The skin has several layers, and the middle layer, the dermis, is what holds collagen, which keeps skin looking plump and wrinkle-free. But as you age, the dermis becomes less able to hold collagen, and consequently, skin begins to sag. 2. Stay hydrated – Water helps keep the skin moist and supple, so be sure to drink plenty of water each day. Fluids like coffee and alcohol dehydrate the skin and the body, so if you’re drinking these, it’s even more important to drink lots of water.
3. Make moisturizer your friend – It’s just as important for your skin to stay hydrated on the outside as it is on the inside. Get into the habit of applying a moisturizer every day, especially at bedtime, and especially during the colder months when the air is dry. Choose a moisturizer that’s appropriate for your skin type to prevent any breakouts. Moisturizers containing sunscreen are also available.
4. Quit smoking – Smoking has many harmful effects on the body, including the skin. Smoking can greatly damage the skin’s healthfulness,
